I have played this game for about 6 years, and have switched phones a couple times during that time frame. I've always been able to log in and not lose my progress until now. This time, I logged into my account and have lost all 6 yrs of progress. I have a subscription that renews Dec. 31, but I'm not sure I want to keep it if I truly have to start over. I'm also unable to switch between the daily puzzles, and the specials. I don't know if it's the latest update or what.

Around 6 or 7 years into using this app. There have been occasional issues but support always provides prompt remedies. Unfortunately, the last update must have some memory leak in the code because what was once stable for as long as needed now freezes & crashes when playing the one daily ad used for a free puzzle. Once memory's cleared again and the ad/puzzle issue has passed, I can't make it through a single Picture Cross without it again freezing up and crashing. I have to save/restart midway

Update: Uninstalling since it no longer recognizes a play streak so reward points aren't enough to continue playing without spending money. I'm beginning to wonder if this bug is actually a "feature." Games are still fun, app isn't. ------ Original review: I've been using this app for many years, recently experiencing the same issue as another reviewer where the daily streak is wrong. The app is already updated so that isn't the issue. The puzzles are fun!
