| 2024-09-05 |  | | I downloaded this app and also purchased UK virtual number to be using for verification purposes but it doesn't work, their support team asked me to purchase another one which I did but still not working, I can't receive messages, I can't make call, I can't even send message. It was so frustrating, one of the support team send me a link to request for refund from the Google playstore, now Google playstore is asking me to contact the developer becouse the app does not support their returns policy |

| 2024-07-27 |  | | I didn't get as far as purchasing a virtual number, so cannot remark on the actual service. The first screen gives numbers stated to cost "up to $7/mo." Tap on one to be assigned a random number for that country for purchase, and, in smaller text, it costs "from $8/mo." A $7 cap is far from an $8 minimum with no ceiling. If there's any attempt to fool customers, or anything but full transparency, I ain't gambling on a second attempt after 14 years of the Tories doing exactly this. I'm out. |

| 2024-02-16 |  | | The data works fine. The virtual number? Not so much. I have an active virtual number, and I have balance, yet I have been unable to receive any incoming calls or messages. I have a bank account that asks me to verify my identity when I try to log in from a new location. The only verification options are SMS and a phone call. Imagine how "fun" it is not being able to access your bank! Oh, and you need to contact support to verify your identity for outgoing calls but they don't respond to emails |

Told me I can't make outgoing calls or text messages until I get verified. The chat support team, unresponsiveness and even emails weren't responded to!!! I can't even get verified hence MY MONEY WAS COMPLETELY WASTED getting this app. I might as well sue you!!! |
