Great newspaper. Unusable app. Never recognizes this long-time subscriber. I signed in one time to the New York Times app and it always recognizes me. The password situation is impossible. The call center couldn't fix anything. They had an email address for me from 15 years ago.

I appreciate that Orlando Sentinel is reporting on central Florida news that I care about. Sadly, their app is garbage. I'm already signed into the app, but any article that I try to read opens in a new browser instance within the app where I'm NOT signed in. Of course, the log-in process is broken, so there is no access for me. What amature work. Since this garbage app merely opens a web page, I'm going to uninstall it and just use the website directly.

MAYBE THE POOREST NEWS APP EVER. IT STINKS! After paying fully, I was tired of getting "You've reached your monthly free article limit." I complained & the apparently inept OS (Orlando Sentinel) management never responded. The dismal 2.6 rating here speaks for itself. Read all the complaints, and see why the OS seems to be dying. The deterioration has gone on for years. Does anyone on the Orlando Sentinel management team care? (Apparently not. No responses. Too lazy?)

Can't sign into account via Google in the app making it somewhat useless. Error: "Trib Auth0 Social’s request does not comply with Google’s ”Use secure browsers” policy. If this app has a website, you can open a web browser and try signing in from there. If you are attempting to access a wireless network, please follow these instructions. You can also contact the developer to let them know their app must comply with Google’s ”Use secure browsers” policy."

Too many ads popping up constantly on the app and taking up too much reading space. I prefer the e-newspaper but have trouble downloading it from the app. So I read it on the website instead. Planning to delete this app.

I like to keep up with local news, but the Sentinel makes it difficult to support them. The app won't open. The emails will sometimes let me click on them and open an article. The subscription is too expensive. I wouldn't recommend.

Cannot access enewspaper, articles on website, or articles via the app. The pay wall keeps blocking my access even though I am a paid subscriber. Calling customer service does not help only to verify that I have a paid subscription. Why am I paying $16 for app and website that is blocking access?

Easy to sign up, annoying to cancel. Price jumped to $16 without warning. You can blame me for not reading the fine print but you have to call to cancel and they are very deceptive. After repeating that I didn't want a lower rate they tried to take my understanding that the subscription would last until the next pay period as me saying I wanted it to continue. The app itself is three stars... just ok. Loses your login periodically and too many ads for a paid product.

I just created my account and paid the $1 fee for the first six months per your own ad OS, but when I tried reading content, I was blocked by a pay wall. I am from Pennsylvania, but just launched a nonprofit in Florida. I find it very disappointing that you can't even get your subscription fees right. On another page the amount was 0 for the first month and $7.99 monthly thereafter. Which is it, OS? Maybe I should rethink setting up shop in Florida.

Basic. Not user friendly. Doesn't recognize that you have a paid service so you have to sign in each time you click on an article outside of the app. Support is unresponsive. It's like no one at OS even cares. Use a different news source if possible and save the headache
