Color Picker AR has an auto color identifier (rgb detector) feature that extracts the dominant coolors from the image and shows you color swatches. Grab auto-generated color swatches or Manually pick specific coolors from an image with the magnifier Eyedropper. The Eyedropper lets you pick any color from the image.
