2024-11-23 | Suzanne | Mostly good. BUT beware. Your order may be placed, and your card charged. Then, after a couple of minutes you may receive an email stating that something went wrong with the transaction. Make sure that your credit card is refunded, as they state in the email! This has happened to me twice, and I received a credit for the first time after a few days. Have not received the second one yet. | |
2024-11-06 | Azariah | The app is good enough, I guess. But the way the points/rewards accru you can't choose to use a certain amount to pay for your next smoothie. For instance, I currently have $13 saved up. But I have to tell them in the store that I only want to use $2 of that. To do so they have to go a bunch of gymnastics on the register to use the amount I want and then send back the rest that I don't. It's just kinda dumb. | |

I will no longer be a patron of Smoothie King as it's too expensive to throw away that kind of money without at least being able to receive and use the rewards on the app that I now can't access. They just updated their app about a year ago. How many revamped, completely new updated to they need? | |

Most recently, I ordered pick-up (confirmed via email), but the app gave the store instructions for delivery. The store simply re-made my order when I arrived, but it was a complete waste of time. Also, where did that smoothie even get delivered to? I didn't put any delivery instructions! | |
2024-09-17 | Jonathan Scheer | Smoothie King had amazingly great Smoothies, but this app makes it harder and harder to order with each upgrade to the program. The designers need to keep it simple and go back to its original design. I have been ordering Smoothies from them for quite a long time and keep my payment information available, so smoother ordering. With this last upgrade, my information is not available now, and I have to reenter it again. They have such a great product, shame the application is not. | |

My problem was that the app wouldn't let me use my rewards so i just stopped going at all, which was unfair to my local store who were on my side. I found a solution on my own by placing my order from the website &forgoing using the app. It's not as convenient, so I won't be doing it as often as i once did, but at least I have a way to support my local store &get my occasion fix | |

I double-checked my card info, and it's all correct, but honestly, this new version of the app is the worst! I can't place any online orders right now. 2024-08-02 | Logan T | Literally unusable. I can't change the pickup location in the app. I've tried several different ways. One way that you think would work? I go to the map of.locations. I click on the one I want to order from. Then go to my cart with the smoothie I want and lol and behold it's a different location ordered from in the past. No matter what I do I can't change it. You can use the map to select a location, but every time you try to move the map it pops up requesting your exact location. Sucks, cause I like SK but I'm not giving permissions to have my phones exact location. | |
2024-07-19 | Kelly C | New store in my town..installed the app but I have never been to a Smpothie King. I was hoping to browse a menu. Since my local store isn't open yet for the day I cannot "order" to see a menu. Not very helpful. The app tells me nothing about the items you carry in your store. Fail. Back to Tropical Smoothie for me |
