I purchased a 2$ resume and they stole my card info and keep taking out 40$ a month and refuse to help me "unsubscribe" because I never subscribed to anything so they can't "find my account" TOTAL SCAM... I tried the 7 day free trial and they should have informed me prior to the auto-debit transaction that my free trial is almost expired! Now I'm demanding refund in the amount of 612 pesos to my GCASH account otherwise this is a SCAM! |

They instead charged me immediately with the full price and it was the first time ever that I was trying this app and logging in. I will try to get a refund of my money, anyway I don't like the way this app is made either and I wouldn't have continued the subscription even after the 7 days of "free" trial. UPDATE: I reached out to the customer support and they managed to solve my problem fast and with professionalism. Thank you! |
