| 2024-09-30 |  | | This app has been with me for a year or two, and I can't live without it. It opens fast and has never failed me during bad weather. The display, animation, and map coverage make it easy to use and even better for tracking storms. If you want to know what's coming and when it's going, this is the app for you. Update: It's almost 2025, and I am still using Radar X. Better than ever and extremely valuable. I wish the city tags would grow larger when zooming in on a particular area of the map. |
| 2024-08-07 |  | | This is the best radar/weather app I have found. I can see what the weather is actually doing in actual time within 12 minutes of my location. Many weather apps are based upon televised weather reports that are hours or days old especially over weekends or long holidays. I live at least one hour away from the nearest broadcasting station. Their weather apps are focused on their local viewers' convenience and often out of date for outlying communities |
| 2023-07-20 |  | | Need radar, got radar ! Very precise and very unobtrusive. . Update: new Radar X is too intrusive, has WAY too many points of access and isn't as focused as Radar Express was.The temperature forecast for the same night is way off, not by just a few degrees but 5 to 7. This is very important in the spring when planting, their forecast says 36° but then the low is 25°! Uninstalling. Update 7/20/23 Apparently the developers got the message, back to a 5 star app. Clean, easy app again. |
| 2022-09-01 |  | | good companion app for accuweather or google without radar service. Can also stand alone and not use gobs of memory. I like it. No widgets, though. Tried the large, gimmicky weather apps and still came back to this. Two minor negatives-no dark mode setting (that I can find) and no setting for audible storm alerts. To know of a warning you have to open the app. No beeping, sirens, notification sounds, lights or anything. But still really like the app. |

If it is and you want to update, just delete the old saved and add with the new location. 😎 4/8/22 working well. Paid to remove ads, developer always replies to me when I have questions. It's a great little app. Simple and basic. The radar is usually very accurate. Thanks! |
| 2022-04-27 |  | | Good to get a big picture visual of what may be coming your way. 4/26/22 update to 2017 review: by far the best weather app I've tried. Others are so notoriously inaccurate by comparison. The radar is a huge plus. They are fulfilling their purpose w/out adding political bs and the ads aren't too obtrusive. Don't know to what degree they are responsible for the barrage of location based ads I get but this is one app I give at least a bit of grace to for doing it, but that doesn't mean I want more |

Living in a rural area, we could count on this app to help us deal with bad weather and storms, to see what was coming, prepare, and how much longer a storm would last. This update took all that away. We still have one phone with old version, thankfully, we'll keep that while looking for a better app. If this was a marketing decision, it was a stupid one. |

Looking for new weather radar app............. 2020 version review: Accurate and works well with Samsung Galaxy S4. Update! Now on my S5 and works just as well! ....And now using it on the Samsung Galaxy S7! No bugs or crashes, very accurate radar on storms. |
| 2021-01-11 |  | | Thanks for adding the settings options and the classic map. I would have preferred to not been forced to update. I turn off auto-updates. The new app is too busy. The icon has changed. The zoom is too far out. My location is turned off and I get a red bar accoss my screen like I have done something bad. Can I get the 2018 apk? Thanks |
| 2021-01-11 |  | | Radar Express is now Radar X! Everything is new! Everything new, who cares its aweful, inaccurate. just like the new name. You wasted your time. Same as other complaints ruined what work and was good New version.less features less detail zoom. Excessive terrain detail. Just put it back how was and work accurately. Why do people always feel the need to fix things not broken. Blah. Stays this way ill find another one. |
