Every time I call the support, they say the rider is waiting at the restaurant whereas when I called the rider, he said he is delivering other orders at the moment and haven't even reached the restaurant yet. 2022-09-14 | Muhammad Hassam | Through the Zapp App, i've ordered maybe three or four times, and the average delivery time is more than two hours. They said, "longer to delay because the shop is taking longer than usual to prepare your order." Do not blame the shop, correct your delivery system or you loose your customer like me. |
