| 2019-07-26 | | | I listened to about 1/2 of the free session but having used lots of self hypnosis apps for various self help and really finding them useful I found this one the least relaxing and helpful of any I have ever tried. The speech is much to fast paced and made me feel anxious as my mind was unable to do what was been asked before moving onto the next thing. I had to switch it off and certainly would not consider purchasing the paid elements based on the free session. |
