I love the stories. However, when I try to top up on coins, it just times, and so I've paid a few times, but I'm done paying. For almost 2 weeks now, it's not giving me the extra bonus coins needed with a video or the watch 5 ads to claim extra coins won't give you the coins either. I've watched a few videos, but then everything freezes, and it just spends and no coin's given.

The stories are amazing and very well written. I don't like that I can't get my bonus coins. It says "oops", or let's you watch the ad only to be stuck in the app loading which you can't get out of and have to close the app completely. I think it just tries to get you to purchase coins since it won't give you bonuses.

Did the weekly subscription to finish a book and after canceling the subscription I continued to be charged for multiple weeks. Since I canceled the subscription I could not access content, but was still charged repeatedly. Attempts to contact the company were useless as the repeatedly asked for the same documentation over and over even after it was provided. Unfortunate because I did enjoy the books while I could access them, but horrible customer service and billing scam.
