| 2024-10-13 |  | | I cannot even withdraw my own money. The app refuses to let me to link an outside account. Once I find a way to remove my money I'm closing my account and this app. |

| 2024-07-31 |  | | This is a total waste, and they now have my information to leak at will. I'm getting paid with efs checks and loosing over $80 each week in truck stop fees. Their system won't let you deposit it. So human conversation with their operator is required. That operator may or may not help. Customer service is rude and not helpful. |

Just connecting an external account took so long the app logged me out even though I tapped "keep me signed in". I finally managed to connect my other bank account the second try and then when I went to see my list of connected accounts it didn't show up. Then it said my transfer limit was set to only $1? No explanation and no way to change it other than customer service. Not sure how this app has such a high rating. |

New app is web based and now has an auto-hide scroll bar which is very annoying when viewing transactions. Bill pay is worse than before for both the app and online banking. Now there are two separate scroll bars in bill pay with online banking instead of just one like before. Zelle is still not available. The only positives now are the ability to edit the description name for transactions and external account aggregation. |
| 2023-11-20 |  | | 4 a business checking acct having a spending limit of measley $3500 a day is an inconvenience specially if U own 2+ trucks. The app has a $ transfer icon but not 2 another bank only btwn internal accts, 2 make transfers 2 another bank U have 2 login on a laptop & create a bank link which is very complicated, I couldn't do it myself I have 2 call cust spprt which got me trnsfr X2+ untill I got real help. Factoring doesn't deposit $ 2 another bank other than TAB bank. M-F business hrs only. |
| 2022-08-20 |  | | The whole point of providing a APP for Mobile Banking is: to make it EASIER for Customers .. but this APP is a slow study in Complication ! .. WIll now UN-install it, and look for a bank that does get the point, one that is conscious & concerned (of/with) breaching our Annoyance threshold. |

| 2022-02-23 |  | | 20 years and counting. As a trucker, this bank works with me, to move money into and out of the account. I never have a problem with comchecks, lumper fees, etc. Always friendly when you call. |
