2024-11-23 | Danielle R | Very slow, cannot link accounts- have been getting a technical error message for 2 months. When trying live chat, it's only available during "banker hours." This is worse than going to an actual dr, such a waste of time. I have un installed and re installed so many times, nothing works. Now the app is charging me $55 when my co.pay is $0. All settings have been double checked for accuracy. Somehow I keep getting overlooked as if I made the mistake. Don't bother... use teledoc or ANYTHING else
2024-11-19 | Heather Leyva | When you send a message in the app, u can't attached a file/pic. The apps tells u that u must go to website to send message with attached files. So I login to the Anthem website and it immediately pops up the Sydney app telling me to use the Sydney app. Come on...App developing 101, Don't send the user in circles. So if you want to send a message with attachment you have to go to Anthem's website on a desktop...defeats the purpose of an app.
2024-11-15 | K A | To "find care" you have to enter your ID# manually despite already being logged in, and when you submit it nothing happens? This is literally the most basic feature... Beyond this, the app is incredibly unresponsive, I mean it's clearly just a reskinned browser for their mobile site yet still every click takes about 5 seconds for something to happen, and even when I "continue as guest" to look for care I get stuck at a loading animation forever (well at least over 5 minutes). Absolutely unusable
2024-10-27 | Bryce Smith | This app is very buggy. I have been trying to schedule a virtual appointment for my wife who shows up under the insurance on the main page, but when trying to schedule the appointment, it only shows my information. The person I talked to stated to have them create an account, but that is not possible, as we share the same member ID number, and it just says the account is already created. It is only useful for searching for in network offices and ID cards.
2024-10-06 | Josh Sutterfield | Seems like a mess. Example: I get on and do an "assessment". It asks a few key questions and way too much gender/sexuality stuff, and then it's very hard to find the incomplete questions on submit. The whole form stutters. THEN once I get results and recommendations, great, but this result is LOST once I tap anything. I have no idea how to get back to it! Going back to the assessment, my answers are lost like I never did the form even though it's in my past/completed section. Careless mess.
2024-09-19 | Ashley C | Good when it decides to work, but a majority of the time, the app and even Anthems desktop page doesn't work and glitches. When you send them support messages, they insist it works just fine and ignore your problem. I have reset the app, cleared the cashe & uninstalled & reinstalled the app, and it still won't let me access my rewards. I think they do that so you can actually redeem it.
2024-08-19 | Ryan Bellman | App no longer works at all. Can't log in. Can't even get to the login screen half the time and I've completed cleared all data. When I do and attempt to sign in, it says I only have access to the website, not the app. That's not accurate. The new app seems to be confusing my old closed plan from my former employer with my current plan. Before the app update, it had both options on the login screen. Also, if I try to log in on the website, it automatically opens the app.
2024-08-13 | William May | The user experience on both the app and the web are clunky... However, the bug I want to review is the integration with Google Fit. I found out recently it hasn't been syncing data, and I can't configure it in the app. It's shown as enabled, I can't toggle it on or off, and clicking doesn't do anything. I can't find any info in the FAQs, and the chat AI has no idea what I'm asking about either.
2024-06-07 | Pilar Singleton | I'm surprised this app has such a high rating. The only pro about this app is that you can access a digital ID card and add it to a wallet, which is great because that means less time spent in this horrible app. Everything else is a con. For starters, if you leave the app for any reason or if your screen timeouts it logs you out. It does not save search history or progress of any kind and if you have to leave the app for any reason everything is lost and you have to start over again.
2024-05-30 | shaz wunder | I seriously hate this app. It's slow, buggy and every time I use it it freezes up. The chat function just sends me back to the same buggy pages. I see the spinning blue circle and then it all crashes. I'm pretty sure at this point insurance companies want to take our money while we die quietly and not ever bother them with our issues. This app will accelerate my demise with stress and hopelessness. |
