| 2024-11-15 |  | | I can never get the message tab to come up. I can read messages going through the client's lead, but I can't use the "Messages" tab for months now!!! It's really annoying and wastes time when I have to go through and scroll to look for red dots on leads instead of just going to the tab that is meant for that specifically. So frustrating |

Up until the last couple months it's been tolerable, but with the price we pay for our service, the apps do not function well. It's a shame because I'm missing out on my own leads and losing money myself during this time. Haven't been able to open this app specifically since the first week of October. Absolutely infuriating. |
| 2024-09-16 |  | | All around good app. Some cons I would like to point out is I wish there was an option to report some as spam, cause I have come across a few that are, so a report option would be wonderful so they can look further into a specific account. As well as I can't access the messages, it just loads, I usually give up about 5-10 minutes. I think if not for those issues, I would rate 5 stars. |
| 2024-04-03 |  | | I've had a bad experience with Angie's list. I started to use them 2 months ago and today I called them to cancel. They never told me that there was a contract. Now they say I have to pay 35% of the total remaining. I canceled because the most leads are spam. If you get 10 leads, 8 are spam. And those are counting on the number of leads you are paying for. I don't recommend Angie's to anyone. You will lose your money with them. Bad giving that service. |

Customer just don't understand the idea of the temporary number and why you have called them but don't have the number, the routing number doesn't work all the time, the automated message Angi keeps pushing you to use is too slow in going out so, many times I've talked to the customer before they get the message. I did well on Angi ads before the new changes rolled out. Now it's an unjustified expense. |
| 2024-01-25 |  | | Edit: updating this to say I am deleting this app because the login hasn't worked in over half a year. I can only use the website. The login just keeps resetting the app. Things just CONSTANTLY break all the time. You never know what to expect will break next but you can be dang sure that something will. Screen glitches, crashes etc. Plus the customers are atrocious and half are fake data mined from Angie's fake websites that funnel their numbers and they say "I never went on Angie's list". 馃槈 |
| 2024-01-19 |  | | One of the worst apps I ever used. It crashed my whole phone more than once and I had to reboot. The notes on leads function does not work at all. The leads we have been sent so far (which are paid for!!) have both been duds, but I am unable to make notes about that as I go along because thavlt function keeps crashing everything. One part of the interface says my profile is 75% complete, another part says 25%?! No notifications, ever! I will contact my account manager about multiple issues. |

Fresh phone updates, but this behavior happened beforeandafter and updates. It's annoying while trying to work and set up a profile. I'm not sure if this is right for me. |

I called and talked to someone about the scams, but I couldn't go back threw my archives and see why I gave them 1 star reviews. So my acc didn't get credited. I see why their is a 1 year contract. I Do not recommend. At least with angi leads you pay per lead and can be credited. But still trash !!! |

I have to completely close out the app after using, or it won't work the next time I open the app - even though I use the app all day to give estimates. I get spam estimate inquiries often, yet there is no option for me to mark them as spam or to flag the messages. One of the features that doesn't work is their option to rate the quality of a contact. |
