Worst app for its' intended purpose. Periodically turns off without notice. I had to open it every day or two in order to have access to the shake function. When you're in the dark and have to open the app to turn it back on before you can shake your phone for a light, you might as well just swipe down from the top of the screen and turn it in with a tap. Use the Shake Torch app.

Broderick Elliott, 2023-07-23Works Well but Very High Battery Usage. For the most part the app is good, simple UI, setup, and it just worked for me. Unfortunately this app drains about 20% of my battery over the course of a day (on a OnePlus 10 pro which has a very large battery), so I felt forced to uninstall. If this could be improved then this app would be an essential, I use my phone for work and the shake for flashlight is invaluable.

C T, 2022-12-13Worked just fine for a few weeks with the default sensitivity setting with a couple of gentle shakes. Then it lost its sensitivity. I can have the app open and the screen on and the settings to max sensitivity and I have to shake it like I'm trying to murder my phone before it turns on. This hurst my arms and I wonder if I'm damaging my phone. Uninstalling.
