Never used it, why do I have it. Nothing on this phone works properly. Right from the box it has been worst phone I hate it, never can get help with it, changes stuff all the time, aggreviates me, visual voicemail never works, plus have no idea what any of of the phone jargon means. Need a manual or someone to make this lousy phone work.
