Appallingly bad app. This new version replaces an old app that had live customer service through messages. This new app instead gives you no option to contact customer service and &pizza's delivery partner, Relay, directs you back to &pizza for assistance. So if you order is say missing half the pizzas, you end up screwed. Last time I order from &Pizza and I will no longer go in person either. I have been a customer for a decade. They should go ahead and throw out my loyalty points. Don't order!

This app is awful. Have to put in your credentials several times to actually log in, and even though it saves your card info, you need to plug it all in again each time you order "to vetify your card." And then, give the csv code. Again. After you just provided it, multiple times. And god forbid you have a typo in your email when logging in - it wants you to go through account setup, and even closing the app won't fix this - you literally have to go into app setting and delete your data.

I had so many points when &pizza was on their old platform; now that everythings changed, I lost all those points... Thank goodness you get a free "welcome pie" with this transition... Oh, wait: IT DOESN'T WORK! I checked the terms several times, added a variety of pizzas that I didn't even want just to see if it would eventually work, but I could not redeem this free pizza after losing hundreds of racked-up points. Login is also needlessly tedious: no text code, no password, only an email link.
