2024-11-10 | abhi Jijin | I am using this app for three years and it's been quite reliable and accurate. However, I am searching for this app on iOS. Could you kindly provide me with the IOS version?
2024-10-15 | Nipun Tamrakar | A very good idea and a very good app. But please fix it. It catches speed limit of nearby roads and starts beeping for overspeed although im well below speed limit on my road. Its so annoying. Love everything about the app but cant use it if you dont fix the main functionality.
2024-08-29 | Mike Edge | I have just paid for this app and still it won't show the road speed in the back ground... I have done all the settings correct and even set it to boot up when I even start the damm car but nothing!!! How do I get my money back as this is the 2nd one I've paid for today with none of them working also I have to keep toggling it on for it to work as it doesn't automatically start up when starting the car plus when it is finally working it keeps asking me to subscribe when I have already done so...
2024-05-11 | Xavier Fuentes | This app is what Waze is missing. You can have it constantly remind you that you are exceeding the posted speed. This would have been an easy 5 star if there was an option to use it with Waze instead of just Google Maps.
2023-09-28 | Chris Appel | App does a really good job doing what it's suppose to do. I've tried 3 or 4 others and this is the most accurate. That said it does have its draw backs. Biggest is you better have a good charger because it will struggle to keep up its a battery hog! Second I wish it had the option to only come on with certain apps in stead of having to manually select it to activate it.
2023-05-07 | R C | I have waited a long time for this app! The dashboard screen on my car is 8 inches. That's enough for most of my needs except for the speed limits on most navigation apps - so small I can barely read them! A dangerous problem that gets solved by Maps Speed Limits! I get real-time accurate speed limits on the phone screen (not the dashboard) and I can custom size it up to 500x! This app has probably already saved me from getting pulled over several times! I thank you!
2023-01-23 | Colin B | This app gets better the more I use it, it has lots of customizable options, but you have to understand how it works, it gets its data from OpenStreetMaps, and any errors are from the source. Editing the source is quite simple, although it took time, and I would suggest that the developers have an additional page outlining different methods to edit the source. I now have it running in the background, or showing on my phone beneath Android Auto, but I really want it for travelling to new areas.
2022-07-12 | Morten Engedal Nielsen | 07.2022. Have been using this for several years and has been working mostly fine. Now suddenly not appearing on Maps and Maps doesn't appear in the display overlay list (of all apps) in the app itself. Have tried to restart both this and the sister app Maps Speed (which does appear), but to no effect (OnePlus 7T / have only maps and the 2 sister apps toggled in settings)
2022-03-17 | Randall Johnstone | Nice App but spoilt by some serious errors. Four errors over three days on well known local roads. Eg.1. 40k School zone showing 60k for most of zone. eg.2. 60k showing 70k(what). Eg.3. Qld default is 50k unless, unless signed otherwise, but U showed 60k, ops. Sorry🙁 No. (H and w) do not display your features as well, but some of their features are better.
2021-02-19 | James Approved Name | I drive routes for work, I wanted basically what Waze is capable of with their continuous knowledge of any given speed limit in case I miss a sign because I travel a lot of unfamiliar roads, but I didn't want the entire navigation part because I like using android auto with Google maps. However, I knew more speed limit zones than this app by far. Darn. Short version: All I'm asking for is a Waze quality speed limit informer, but just an overlay, that works. But none exist. |
