Had this game on my phone for well over a year. Progress is incredibly slow. It was somewhat enjoyable at the start, but now I can go weeks without any meaningful progress. I'm sure if I started using the microtransactions I'd get boosted much higher. If you're not gonna pay though, be prepared to get to a point where the game just stops progressing. Only reason I keep going is cause of the time I've already committed.

Previously 5-starred, but an update that added microtransactions makes the leaderboards meaningless. It was nice seeing my attention to the game rewarded by steady progress up the ranks, but that's gone now. On its own, the game isn't all that compelling. The progression unlocks don't ultimately change the playstyle all that much. Without a fair ladder I'm not sure what anyone will really find rewarding about the game outside of 100%'ing tiers as a completionist.

This is a very complex and detailed idle game. It's not easy at first. And yet it is. It's fun and there's plenty to do. The ads are optional. For 2x boost. I paid the $4.99 to get rid of them and have a permanent 2x boost (as well as supporting the developer) This is the kind of idle game that you can play for a while or leave for hours. My only issue is that sometimes when I open it, the bottom buttons aren't showing. So I can't change screens Otherwise I love the game.

This is a fascinating program but also really confusing. Maybe if I was a programmer, it would make more sense. EDIT: Played for a year now and am starting to grok how it works, even if I don't know exactly what computer processes it's simulating, I have gotten a feel for the simulation and progressed. This game is VERY undependent onreal money. One 4.99 purchase removes all ads, that's all the purchases there are, you don't even need to do that if the ads don't bother you.

Ya know.. I've been playing this for about 6 months and as slow as it was to progress I've learned to appreciate this game. It's not exactly simple. But it's. Not impossible. You can spend all day on it, or 1 minute a day and still progress. Its well thought out and, considering it's simple graphics, leaves me wondering what will come next. I highly recommend anyone who likes idle games but doesn't like the daily routine that comes with most of them to try this one out.

"I don't know what I'm doing: The Game" It's slow, very slow. But it's a functional idle game? Three stars because no forced ads. Edit: Two months later, still feel a little lost but my appreciation has gone up quite a lot. Hit quite a few automation breakpoints and it's more enjoyable and has become one of my go-to idlers to check in the morning and on breaks.

As a fan of idle games this is particularly... Bland. It's not actively bad, but there's very little depth and prestige, progress is slow by idle standards, and there's not much offered to keep bringing you back. It uses a lot of technical jargon with no explanation, and overall requires far more player interaction than one would expect. Automation is slim, and I found the game to be a chore to knock out once a day after some time.

First the good: It's got potential. The "prestige" actually feels like an upgrade rather than an annoying requirement. Slowness could be a good thing. I like the simplicity. Second the bad: if I don't force stop it every time I close then it eats my battery really fast. I know real networks are hungry, but you should adjust because it's a game. Also, in real life larger networks aren't always better. Suggestions: Regularization. Different kinds of nodes and activation functions.

Pretty fresh in the world of idle games. It's slower-paced than most others, so you won't feel an instantaneous sense of progress all at once; it comes in stages. My favorite part of the game is that you are rewarded more for optimizing growth rates, and less for mindless phone-tapping. I hate "idle" games where you gain orders of magnitude more by focusing on a task than by letting it idle for a while. Here, there is pretty much no reward for sitting on your phone all day.

Progress is way too slow for the game to feel meaningful. The first two methods of data collection take less than a minute but the next one takes over 5 hours. Rep doesn't collect fast enough to justify the cost of the upgrades either. The "graphics" are purely for decoration; they serve no other purpose. The game is just lacking. I want to progress but I don't want to wait so long for so little.
