2024-12-05 | Mark Hansbarger | START day 1, needed to understand app, next exercise routine is under the video so can move to get ready, also can tap video screen to pause so can get ready for next. Warm up beginning routine was good stretching. At 70 years old in average condition, I could do 25-30 push-ups, but with this routine I felt muscles and had my weak back work-out and "creak" ok vertebrae into place that was relief. And the little voice encouragements are nice touch, better than phys Ed teacher yelling yes ago! LOL
2024-11-21 | Jacob | The app itself is designed ok. The workouts will produce if you stick with them. My issue is the sneaky billing practices. I'm never ok when money situations aren't clearly advertised. This is 100% a subscription service that advertises cheap and then hits you with a ghost charge hidden deep in the clicks. Free work out app? Cool. Stay away from the pay services. It's a scam.
2024-11-20 | Michele McIntyre | The workouts were ok, but the biggest frustration is that it's subscription based, and while I attempted to cancel it shortly after starting, it apparently didn't work. So they charged me $70 automatically with no reminder emails that it would renew. I explained the situation and asked for a refund within 30 minutes of the charge, and they denied it due to their 'policies'. Scam company with no regard for clients.
2024-11-20 | Bradley West | Read the reviews and be careful. The introductory price will change drastically on the auto renewal setup, likely without you knowing. It is also a bit challenging to cancel the subscription in the app multiple steps with unnecessary hoops to jump through. This should be seen as a predatory scam app.
2024-11-19 | sts | This app will charge you a ton of money for nothing in return. All of the movements and combinations are available for free with a little internet research. Once they have your card they "upgrade" you and then bill the heck out of you later. My bank caught it but what a nightmare. Trash, stay far away.
2024-11-12 | Nicholas Saparoff | The business is really a subscription scam. BEWARE! They sucker you into a low intro rate and then a few months later they start charging you $99 behind your back. No emails or notification about subscription renewal. I even contacted them a few days after I installed it and said I wanted to cancel and they said OK and I uninstalled the app. I was charged again on my credit card months later and when I reached out again they said they had no record of me cancelling AND WOULD NOT REFUND.
2024-11-08 | Michael Pluchino | Workout videos are great but they should show the number of reps to perform as a persistent text on the exercise being performed. It currently only flashes on the screen quickly and that can be easily missed. Additionally, the video should be allowed to continue PIP (picture in picture) mode. For example, if someone is doing the stationary bike they can look at another app on their phone and the timer doesnt pause. For the amount of money charged to users the options and features are lacking.
2024-10-16 | Tim | So far so bad. The app constantly crashes and there is zero support. No live chat. Can't complete my workout because the app keeps crashing. I paid for a month, its been two days of my month and I cant use the app as promised, and the clock keeps ticking, no support, so now what????? ... Its been 2 weeks and no resolution. And because I didnt follow the workout routines , I am not eligible for a refund. But I cant follow the routines due to the app crashes. Spend you money somewhere else.
2024-10-14 | Allen Hillis | Purchased the 3 month subscription for $25.99. Ended up getting charged an extra $99.95. I contacted them immediately after my bank sent me the charge notice. The reply I received was to read the subscription and refund policy. I was told they would not refund the $99.95, but out of generousity, they would give me 3 extra months of the basic subscription. Be very cautious of this company. I should have read the reviews before doing buisness with them.
2024-09-25 | Artis Fluid | The app is what it said it would be, decent workout plans. What's NOT what they advertise is that after you cancel your subscription they'll continue to charge you whenever they feel like it. I canceled in May and they began charging me again in August. There's a reason you can't see billing information, or invoices, it's so they can charge you whenever they feel like it and you won't fight them. |
