2024-11-13 | Mark Lyon | This app is okay and I thought at first it would be a really good deal being an A-list member. The problem is I can't find hardly any movies that are worth watching anymore. Holly-weird is pumping out some really bad stuff. Overall I think I'm spending more money at the movies than I normally would being an A-list member. If one cancels it, they won't let you get back on to it for 6 months. I think I'll be dropping it soon...for good. | |
2024-10-29 | Tommaso Russo | The app is beyond broken! The website correctly shows my history and does not include movies that I canceled. The app, on the other hand, shows movies I refunded or canceled in my history. How is this possible? Had I known the website was accurate, unlike the app, I'd still have my original membership, which had 2 years of movies I saw, which is now gone. The app is useless. It is not going to be reinstalled until it is fixed. | |
2024-10-16 | Zachary Wichman | The app works reliably but somewhat slow, especially when trying to pull up your tickets. There's also a bug I just discovered -- if you reserve a movie at a theater which temporarily closes afterwards (in my case due to hurricane Milton), that movie is stuck as 1 of your 3 A-list Reservations. The theater name and time of your reservation become "UNDEFINED", and trying to access or cancel it causes an error message. | |
2024-10-12 | Stephen Brooks | A-List is glitching badly. I went to the theater and my ticket was just gone. They were able to make it work by just scanning my account. In my history it looks like I've seen movies 3 times that I've only seen once. It shows every ticket I ever reserved even if I cancelled it, and some I never even reserved at all. | |
2024-10-05 | Su Sallie | Okay so I have been an AMC A-List member off an on for several years and the app has been amazing to use this far. But today was when it became stellar - scenario I pre purchased tickets and food for a movie then needed to cancel the purchase and the ease to which I was able to do so for a full refund amazing (we'll see the refund within 7 days but the app immediately showed the cancelled seats and food order). Just love AMC theatres always have and the A-List program. | |
2024-10-04 | Richard Walker | This locale has a bar & a TV, & cushiony recliners, all pluses. Having the ticket printout behind the entry point for scanning (presuming the where tickets are scanned is the entry point for scanning) is illogical. The refreshment prices are ridiculously high. The location is great, in a mall with popular stores. The staff in this location are generally friendly. Nice design to the exterior of the building, the AMC sign & such. I've always had generally pleasant experiences with AMC. | |
2024-09-09 | Robert Bittlingmaier | While I have enjoyed being on AMC's A-list and using the app recently, it appears there is a big glitch on the app (and possibly the regular website as well) that is causing a bit of a problem. The app isn't displaying any of my recently purchased movie tickets and trying to view the details through the email link doesn't work either. This is a problem because I need to cancel a reservation and since I cannot access the ticket, I cannot access the page to cancel it. Unacceptable, please fix asap | |

F. | This is the second time where I have "purchased" movie tickets, the app shows an error screen and "try again later," it charges my credit card for the price of the tickets, and then doesn't show the tickets I purchased in my app. I'm done. I'm already paying OUTRAGEOUS prices for tickets, when I can watch at home for a tenth the cost and 100% less hassle. AMC, you've lost touch with reality. | |
2024-09-03 | Ruby Hanson | Unfortunately the reminders no longer work on the app. Not only do they say error when you try to set a new reminder, but all of my previous set reminders have just disappeared. Very disappointed. Please fix this issue, or if AMC decided to remove the reminder feature it would be great to be made aware. Thank you. | |
2024-09-02 | Caesar | Great app but the rewards never work. It's been a couple of times I try to use it, then it expires because it just buffers when option is tapped on. Never making a change to the total. I've lost at least $25 on rewards not used because the app can't process the reward to the price. I really dislike that considering the tickets for 2 is over 40 dollars. The rewards would be a great help, also raking up those points wasn't cheap either. |
