    All good in general, the Points Calculator option doesn't calculate in section ( Reedem Points) it shows only the first try, then doesn't change.

    useless app.! logging in is a nightmare, can't see the points progress history, no update to points earned (have to struggle to get them manually by sending emails and so on), not linked to partner's apps., Actually it doesn't provide any useful service.

    The app is very bad. Not able to update my details and it doesn't show latest points. Even in the shop it was not allowing to use the points. There is absolutely no value with this app so will delete it.

    Points gets missing if you dont track regularly. We complained and the feedback was Harvey Nichols' system was not correctly synchronized. Well it's not the customers issue to fix that. We already lost points in the past that amounts equivalent to 2000 AED but to no avail. Today, we lost 1100 AED!!!! Those amount are not a joke. I would love to get a feedback on this review.

    لا انصح باستخدامه كل مرة اقوم بالشراء ودفع القيمه ثم تصلنى رساله برد القيمه لعدم توفر ما طلبته بالمخزون Very bad app every time i pay for the order they return me the money and say the items is out of stock

    App doesn't allow me to login. I've tried many times, however, I always get stuck where it tries to verify a phone number. It consistently says that the number is invalid.

    Very bad app too many bugs. Not sending PIN via SMS so i logged in using Facebook. Once logged in when I update my profile. It keep saying saving but nothing happens. I have to fill up the profile form again. Am feed up not saving.
