| 2024-11-29 |  | | it's spotty.. most of the time when I try to pause the tablet through the app it doesn't work. when I set time limits it didnt stop the tablet either...and the call feature after I followed the confusing directions a million times it finally worked but the call only lasts like 10 seconds before it freezes and drops. I think the concept is amazing and if it worked better it would be so helpful but the implementation is having some issues :( |

Or I only want them to be able to use certain learning apps first or for a select duration. Or add more time temporarily without having to remember to change the settings back. You can set a minimum amount of time of 15 mins, or do a break for a specific number of hours, or set the schedule to a one minute block, but then you have to undo your changes which is a pain. Give me a disabled/enabled toggle where disabled supercedes all other settings. Also, give me volume limit setting. Need to do some user testing with actual parents. |

I'm not getting notifications when my kids want to buy a game, navigating the app feels a bit clunky, and the daily screen time feature doesn't allow an end time after midnight which I understand is fine for most families but it doesn't always work with my autistic/adhd kids with sleep issues. |
| 2024-10-26 |  | | horrible user interface, Everytime my daughter's apps need an update its like the ipad turns into a brick, where am I supposed to update her apps, not listed anywhere under content controls and when she attempts to open a game tells her the feature is blocked. Why in the world is it blocking an update of an app I approved. it seems like the people who run this don't use it. Paying for a headache, OH and nevermind all the ads in the games on a service WERE PAYING FOR. do better Amazon. |
