Every time I get comfortable with the setup, it gets completely overhauled. Not small tweaks; they’re drastic changes that require relearning the entire layout—like switching the keys on a typewriter just as you get used to typing! Stability and consistency are crucial, even if the design isn't perfect. Our minds adjust better to a familiar, stable setup than to constant overhauls. Who’s managing this? It feels like changes are being made without considering the value of continuity for its users

You get little help in a timely way. You're constantly referred to the website learn how to do it, and then you get to read and read and read. What colossal waste of time. If you send a comment or complaint, you get boilerplate responses the next day or two. Also no help. Update: Amazon gleefully changes seller tools, features, and functions almost weekly. Then of course your former tools are useless, the "new" feature must be learned, thus creating the loss of valuable work time for sellers.

Not with the current era. Phone or desktop, no matter. Very laggy updates take a lot longer than the standard platform if you try to load a picture, Sometimes it works customer service is no help I fixed all issues myself after contacting them truly disappointed. I've made two sales and all my profit went into the reserve. I'm really confused 😕..

Keep having to reinstall, the tutorial keeps crashing (& no caption to just READ the tutorial, GREAT Amazon. NOT. Like the issues with Kindle weren't enough.) Also how many times do I have to link my customer & business account only to get locked out of one while trying to verify the other? NONE of my info has changed in years. I use to same devices they NEVER recognize. WOW. So far I've never been able to list anything. Forced reviews, bribes: they really have it all.

It shouldn't take 15 minutes to take effect once I either list an item, edit an item or change the quantity of an item in my inventory. The app should also be expanded to line up with the desktop website that way there is less confusion. I get the app is a smaller more streamlined version but the differences as well as the ability to do a significant number of tasks is extremely limited.

Horrible experiences using this app. Amazon really needs to fix a lot of issues associated with this app. Errors, sometimes won't let you list, almost impossible to create a new product listing, layout is not user friendly, and they keep changing things that don't need fixing. I've used other websites' seller apps and Amazon is by far the most idiotic! They just changed the add listing screen and it is horrible!

If I could leave a zero, I would. Absolutely horrid to deal with and set up initially, had no problem charging my account the 40 dollars a month fee, and over two weeks to finally gain access. Once finally on, there are so many hidden fees that there is no profit left for you to make money. Pushing free shipping to gain customers. Then paying the shipping fees on top. Literally loosing money selling items. Highly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This app sucks. It should've been scan products and it's set to go out the inventory amount etc. when you try to add a product you have to get approval for everything. When you list the product says not available and 0 inventory when you clearly inputted the right amount. Thing sucks. Needs work. Needs to be easy. Scan. Input on product info. Print labels. Send it out. Whole process that should be easy but it's not. It's like i paid $40 just to get frustrated at an app.

Update 12 mo later. Same issues but worse... I would do 10-20 new listings back to back. After a few hours I checked and noticed only a few of the listings I did actually went through. There was no history of me listing it, weird. So I lost trust in using it unless I go really slow and keep checking back to make sure it's still there once it loads up. Now I just do it manually on my PC. Everything else on the app is 5 Stars

Many, many of my items have been removed by Amazon. It has made listing items too time consuming, in fact I can't understand what much of the language means. I don't understand why I have to prove with invoices and other documentation. It seems Amazon wants to get rid of the small-time seller as myself. I find eBay so much easier on many occasions. There is no "Requires Approval" for listing on eBay.
