| 2024-11-21 |  | | I Love it for the most part at times it will just shut off. Not sure if it just loses the signal or what. Here is a tip for the next update.... While in car mode, we should be able to have a different shuffle startup. As it is now, it starts on the same song every time I get in the car and start the engine. I got sick of those same songs playing over and over! I don't use it anymore...so I just don't let the app use car mode and I use my controls on my steering wheel . Thanks! |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | End of 2022, still many problems. Variety of music is great. But songs often stop for a sec, then restart. Imported albums still split into 3, 4, 5 different ones. I find myself going to YouTube music for downloads bc it seems to work better. Amazon music has been going downhill for quite awhile now. Auto-bot helpers are useless. Too much invested in the app to quit now. As of now, end of 2024, my main problem is songs stopping for no reason. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | This app just keeps getting worse. If you don't have a signal, takes forever to load downloaded music, if it ever does. Have to switch on airplane mode to get it to load. Downloaded music just stops working, have to redownload. Playlist don't download fully. End up having to download albums individually. Now, I can't use shuffle in downloaded playlists without an internet connection! WT actual F! Please do something, like making the app not frustratingly annoying to use! |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | When the app is working correctly, it's fantastic. It has all of my favorites, and it gives a lot of excellent recommendations and great playlists. The problem is that the app is constantly glitching. A few months ago, it took forever to load a song, and then that got fixed. Now, I can't listen to all of my music bc it starts playing a song, then abruptly stops and won't play beyond that point. Or, I try to put my songs on shuffle, and it keeps playing the same song/few songs. Do better, Amazon! |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | For the price of Amazon music, I would expect a seemless experience, but my offline music library skips songs constantly. Sometimes it will start playing the song then just skip to the next song like 10 seconds in, other times it won't even play the song!!! Listening while connected to the "internet" is data-suck and listening offline just sucks!! Please fix this ASAP, it's getting to be a deal breaker....if I have an annual subscription, there is no reason music should need updated monthly!!!! |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | Hard to use. It asked me 2 times to set up preferences when I was busy and didn't have time to answer questions. Then when I have time,the option is no where to be found. It harrass me with a message about not using it while driving, but requires I tap the screen to close the message while driving. I wanted to listen to 3 songs I put in my library, but have a hard time finding where they are. The app is constantly asking me to upgrade, when I haven't even figures out how to use it yet! |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | App stops while I'm driving after it's already connected to my car radio, you MUST ONLY shuffle albums and can't select a single song to listen to without paying for it, and it forces me to listen to podcasts when I open the app, and don't listen to anything but music! -100/10 Go to spotify or pandora, it's the same concept but for free, and they don't pretend to sell you something besides commercial free music, which is exactly what they provide, unlike Amazon! |

For starter I can never buy songs on the app. I literally I have to go on the webpage from my phone, or computer to the buy it. Secondly as of late albums I brought have songs that I can't download, or play. Either I have reinstalled the app, or repurchase album, or it's just not on playable period. That's frustrating especially if it's the reason why you brought the album. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | This apps ui is a joke. Literally must have never been beta tested. Must play one song at a time. Queue up a song farther down your list? Every song inbetween is added. Want to remove a song that's been added to your library? Not from where it's playing. Want to control music from the task bar? Nope. Click on an album to download it over wifi but you get disconnected from server? Only a partial album will exist even after reconnecting. So many issues it feels like a summer intern's project. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | I loved this app when I first got it. Seems like more of a hassle these days. Constantly disconnects from car and says not available. All access playlist doesn't play the song I choose, creating playlists is a pain! Can't find the songs once they are saved. Have to save to multiple playlists just to have access to it. Buffers and crashes often. Will not pay to upgrade if already have these issues. |
