2024-11-28 | Perri Pierce | Until Amazon changes their system and TAKES the payment for items bought IMMEDIATELY: this will remain a 2 star review. It's ridiculous that it could take anywhere from 1-4 days for the payment to be taken out. That's how it works: pay for something THEN it gets shipped. Not charge the payment WHEN it ships. AND LOWER THE PRICE FOR AMAZON PRIME!!! Making all that money to be cheap and offset the costs to the customers is how you LOSE customers. | |
2024-11-28 | Jeffrey K. | Amazon has gone down from 4 to 1 stars for various reasons, because their shipping wait-time has increased by 3x and they are sending out open/used, damaged, incorrect products now, and expensive items are sent out in only thin plastic (not even bubbles envelopes) causing product damage (especially to DVDs/electronics) in transit then items have to be returned after delivery, and cheap products are in boxes, that makes no good common sense at all ! Stop hiring jackass clowns ! America at work ! | |

I talked to 3 different customer support people for the same issue and it seems like they tell me "Yes you'll be receiving the Amazon credit in 2-3 hours" just so they don't have to talk to me anymore. Then days go by, and I get nothing. I've been waiting for $40 of promotional credit for weeks now, and I guess all I can do it keep waiting and hope I get something. I wish I could talk to someone that would actually help. | |
2024-11-28 | ShoKeiS | Customer service is absolute GARBAGE. I verified that the shipping hasn't started before issuing a cancellation. Hours later I call back and APPARENTLY they CANT do it because shipping went out so they took my damn money. Now I have to wait for the package just to issue the refund! GUESS WHAT? For all the wrong info they give me left and right, I was only compensated with $5 credit FOR ALL THAT TROUBLE. Spent HOURS trying to resolve the issue... did not get a solution and only received $5 credit | |
2024-11-27 | Sam Rosewall | Decent but flawed. The fact that there is no filter to show me all packages that I haven't received yet is insane to me. That feels like such a common sense filter. Whether or not it's shipped is irrelevant. I just need to know which packages I'm still waiting on regardless of their status. To me this is a huge miss and at Christmas time scrolling through that many orders can be difficult to find the status of everything. Also The return navigation after a refund is cumbersome. | |
2024-11-27 | stacey bryant | this app has ALWAYS been slow, clunky and nearly worthless. i'm finally ditching it because i don't have the patience or time needed to stop, start clear, etc., everything related to using the app in order to simply..shop? i didn't think the app could GET any worse, but you guys rose to the unspoken challenge and surpassed even my wildest predictions of producing a higher level of garbage. kudos and goodbye. | |

The fast shipping, especially with Prime, has saved me more times than I can count. Their customer service is responsive, and returns are straightforward, which makes shopping stress-free. That said, I sometimes consider the impact on small businesses and the environment. While it's not perfect, Amazon has been a reliable and efficient go-to for me. | |
2024-11-25 | Micah Brown | Has a lot of options, some cheap, others price gouged and clearly coming from drop shippers. They also recently got rid of the ability to organize your lists by moving the items around to be in the order you want them to be, and this was never available to mobile in the first place for some reason. Enshittification hitting Amazon hard. | |
2024-11-25 | David Somach | UI has become unusable - so much of a product listing is filled with "products you might like", or "similar brands", or "based on your recent reviews" etc spam that it's slow to find the information I actually need to make a purchase. Now you have to click through an "are you sure you don't want to buy more things?" screen on every purchase. More junk getting in the way of being able to buy what I need. | |
2024-11-25 | Stacy Kidd | Not happy with the app. The website worked perfectly fine and included more details. I had the website page marked on my phone and everything about it worked great. My husband convinced me to use the app but you cannot see the invoice on the app, no matter what directions you follow, there is no option for "view invoice" it does not exist. Updating the app is not an option and will not solve the problem. There is no easy way to speak to customer service either. |
