| 2024-11-27 |  | | Overall when the app works, its easy to use and simple. If you run into a problem with the app, good luck getting it fixed. You might as well quit delivering. Customer service will hang up on you, disconnect with you, tell you that you have to send an email and their is no tech support available. It is done in a manner that feels like a prank is beimg played on you. After 6 days of issues with the app I still can not get it to work. Have not been paid because the app does not recognize me as in. |

| 2024-11-25 |  | | Haven't tried delivering in the city, but good luck with GPS in rural applications. Also, you'd figure a multi billion dollar company could make routes efficient. Not bounce you all around literally passing stops to get to the next one and completely bypassing it to the end. Good luck trying to make good time in trailer parks. You can't move the pin to the correct location. It ALWAYS wants you to deliver to the office, even though it clearly shows a trailer or lot number. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | I had 4 packages to return from my block the other day. The app did not show I had packages to return at the end of my block like it's supposed to when in fact I did. I let driver support know which is pointless. Amazon can't or won't try to figure anything out. Funny that they just recently sent a email out stating they made returns easier. They didn't, made it so extra steps are made and app doesn't function as stated. If only people knew how turdy this business is ran. Stay away if you can. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | I do prefer google maps. The Flex navigation map doesn't warn you when you're about to get to a turn like google maps so sometimes I pass it up. Other times, it stops navigating towards the end but not there yet. Nothing major to complain about other than it can send u far away for deliveries. Can u figure out another way to get verification of receipt other than the customer touching my phone to sign? Good app so far. I'll be scheduling more blocks. U can verify the address before scanning. |

Before I get frustrated with a app and make a review, I try to study and understand it 1st. Most of the time wants you get a hang to how a system works. I usually do a 3 to 5 star. The feature that opens the camera after the scanning is annoying, obstructive and useless. You need to go to the previous page to check better the address, and also consumes more battery in the phone because opens the camera long before the delivery |

They push out an obnoxious amount of notifications, and there's no settings to change which notificationsare sent to you. I'm sick of it. It's annoying. |
