2024-11-25 | Farid Zidan | No SSO login support unlike other Amazon apps for when user is already signed in on the device with Amazon prime. No itemized digital receipts for transactions or option for email instead of store paper receipts.
2024-10-06 | Sumit Gouthaman | Many problems with the app: 1. Asks me to sign in again each time. 2. No option to send any kind of feedback from the app. 3. When palm is used in place of QR code at Amazon Go stores, the receipt doesn't show up in Amazon app, and neither does it show up in this app. So there is no way to see the receipt at all.
2024-09-26 | CloudDenizen | No longer accepts my new Real ID driver license.
2024-09-15 | Adam Judge | Useless. After entering my Amazon login it asks for an OTP code - which it never sends.
2024-08-26 | Erik Friedly | Deletes my TM discount for smaller Amazon discount
2024-07-26 | Sam H | I never get the OTP code. How did Amazon developers botch this so badly?
2024-07-24 | Rick Corrigan Jr | Will not send me my OTP after waiting over 10 minutes, not once but twice. I did enter my number correctly.
2024-07-23 | John James Dillard | Works well so far.
2024-07-11 | Ace Loco | Great idea and palm pay works well
2024-07-05 | Noémie | Embarrassing that this is from Amazon. I scanned my palms in a store, then received a text to link it to my Amazon account. Received OTP but then asked me to sign up again and register my phone number, and I never received my OTP. Told me too many attempts so I must start again. Tried again and now it's saying I need to go to a store to scan my palms to activate my account. What?! I literally just did that! A frustrating experience. |
