Amazing Marvin (online), which this app supports, is a complete game changer for organising your life and work. It lets you choose how you want it to be set up based on which organisational method you follow (I'm a GTD girl), and then you can add/remove features until the system does exactly what YOU need it to and no more. This app is the perfect accompaniment, especially for weekly check-ins, adding tasks on the fly, and knocking over offline tasks. It's uncluttered and easy to use.

I love the time blocking feature that can group tasks and how much you can customise the app. It has a steep learning curve, but it's worth it. I just wish the interface would look better and that you could use rewards on the mobile version too.

The most complete cross-platform app I have ever seen. Plus the design is adorable! It's a learning curve because of the amount of options and strategies available but I can't wait to try them and set my app perfectly for my needs. ♡

Tried half a dozen, this is the only task organisation app that has ever worked for me. Used it daily for half a year now. The main reason it works for me is its customisable "strategies" feature. Essentially you can turn major features on and off and force the app to work for you, unlike other tools that force you to conform to their ideas of how to manage your tasks/productivity. I also like how easily I can use it for both personal and work purposes, and combine them to one list if I want.

Great service meh app, the app has a ton of problems. Which makes sense because it's an extremely complex app with being so customizable but the app is just not the selling point. Timers will not run in the background, task notifications aren't really a thing. If you want a portable place to take your tasks it works. It mostly works for me but I wish it was better. I love the service otherwise

I loved it so much that I got the one-time purchase option. I'm giving it 4 stars because the computer app is 5 stars and the phone app is 3 stars. It's poorly ported to the phone and lacks many features. I hope it will be updated eventually as the computer app (web-based) is always being updated. It's super versatile and ridiculously customizable. I also hope for more customizable rpg elements to be added so I can combine LifeUpPro and TickTick like I've always dreamed of.

Completely unusable with the most recent update and it was already pretty bad (I'm aware AM is mainly web/desktop based and that's mostly how I use it, but with what the subscription price is the mobile app needs a major redesign AND should actually work. Can't even see tasks now on today view)

I love it. Use it because I have ADHD. I have been using for I think 3 years. I go back every time because the features are what I need. The phone app is not great, but they have said again and again it's a desktop service. I'm rating overall service features not mobile app features specifically

This app hasn't been updated in >year, and multiple people on the subreddit have been complaining for literal years that it's unusable. The web app is brilliant and I've been using it daily, but the mobile app is laggy, unintuitive, settings don't work, many clicks to accomplish a simple thing. I sent in detailed, polite feedback on the website and it was removed with no response. It's disappointing. Update: stopped using Marvin completely and switched to Quire, which I am very happy with.

I don't often write reviews, but - I've tried all the task apps. I'd given up looking and just used barebones Google Tasks rather than deal with a premium app that doesn't work for the way I think/plan. Then a friend sent me Marvin (because, see my last name). It's honestly life-changing. It has reduced my mental load/stress 1000% because it's completely customizable, with tons of options but also the option to turn off options. If you need complex setups and are okay tinkering this is THE ONE.
