Cannot do checkin. The app keep asking me to edit/ enter required details: the phone country/ region code. Eventhough I've already put it. I tried for both Iphone and Android phone.

So far, positive experiences with SingaporeAir and the app! It's user friendly and streamlined so that everything is as accessible as possible. However, most other actions regarding account changes have to be done in the website. Be aware of this and remember your details always!

App design CMI. Faced 1 issue to unlink partner program on SQ app/web. there is a unlink button and a delete button for partner program but for some reason, the button is just for show. It is not a function button. I've written in to seek help to manually unlink or delete the shangrila account linked to my kris flyer, but still, they have yet to hire the right people to manage the app. I even went to shangri-la to delete my shangri-la account due to this error issue on the sq app. Sigh.....

Unable open this app - only keeps showing SIA logo on dark blue background and keeps me waiting. Need to close all screens in order to close it. Update: At 11th.Nov.24 - still encountering same problem!!!!

I've been using Singapore airlines for years now and it's been awesome. Everything is really smooth and the service is fantastic. Always will be my go-to airlines. The only issue I've had up to now is my account registration. Since my name is long, it doesn't fit many names, so that would be the only fix that I would suggest as there are people with long names who experience this issue as well.

The current SQ app is hopeless. I cannot enter the app as the page hangs. I've installed and un-installled several times in hopes of rectifying the problem but nope it hangs. SQ, please fix your app. I didn't have this problem before.

Terrible. It won't let me log in with my credentials (telling me they are invalid), but have no problems on a browser. Uninstalled, reinstalled, changed password. Nothing worked. Big thumbs down.

Woeful app. Downloaded it as my AirNZ codeshare was with them and can only access the ticket through their app. Can't do that even after I also have a pre-existing krisflyer account.

App works for a while, but after about a week of use it stays stuck on the loading screen. Problem persists after clearing cache, restarting phone and even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Used to love the app, but with all the recent feature additions and upgrades, it's become very slow and laggy. Takes forever to do simple things like download tickets, select meals, etc.
