I wish there was also a desktop version that would sync to the phone app. Id definitely use it a lot more if I could set up the routines from my computer and then press play on the phone (or computer). It is so incredibly helpful when I open the app. But half the time if I'm grabbing my phone, I'm opening unproductive apps (love ADHD). Not renewing my subscription at this time because I forget about it too much, despite the app itself being an INCREDIBLY powerful tool

Great app and what you get for free is rather generous. The subscription prices are very affordable too. There are a few issues when creating your routine. The scrolling can be delayed. When changing the order of tasks the scrolling is very slow. Edit: They've greatly improved the scrolling. No more lag!

I use it after work when my brain is not working anymore but I still have a lot of stuff to do before going to sleep. Like change, unpack, brush my teeth, shower etc, nothing special. It sounds simple but it helps to stay on track instead of procrastinating. With time I managed even to squeeze a little stretching routine and I still go to bed earlier than without this app. Really useful
