The app does not work well. Most of the time, I have a problem opening the program. It reloads when I open it with the image of Al Rajhi Bank. I cannot access the login. The image of the logo repeats itself. I have to delete it and reload it, wasting my time in order to finish what I am doing.

Too many notifications, there should be an option to not see notifications EVERY single time i open the app. For some reason the app is constantly crashing me out of the log in screen and infinity repeating. I've updated the app, un-installed and reinstalled it but the problem remains, it has been a week now with no change.. 0/5 stars

Application went from the best there is in comparison to other bank apps to the worst app ever, I can't do anything at all because it keeps signing me out and resetting my fast sign in method. Please find a fix because I've been forced to use the website for my transactions.

Since November 2024, the application can't be opened and a lot of refresh trials needed to be done. And, if opened , the application need a log in as if it was the first time to be logged in. The customer care didn't solve the problem.

I can use the app only once! The only way (I know) to make it work is uninstall it and reinstall it again! I don't know where the problem is; the app, or my brand new android vivo 40v lite 5g! After reading Ahmad Saad review, I confirm that the bug is associated with changing the app's language to Arabic, it'll work smoothly in English! Using Arabic was as smooth as using English on my old iOS device. Please fix this bug.

Completely destroyed the app with the latest update. The app has become very slow. Now it is also not showing the car financing product that I have to track its payments. Completely useless update to something that was working fine.

Very very bad experience, application keep restarting after it was working fine, and after the latest update, I called the bank they say that they have nothing to do!! Their services from bad to worst

One rhing i really really hate about this app is that 90% of the time when i face a problem and I can't find a way to solve it i find out after a while that there is an update to the app that i wasn't told about. If my voice is to be heard by the app team please notify us of every update to the app not only notify us when there is a big update only. No update us when there is a small update even.

Very bad experience! I made an international purchase, and the value was deducted from my account on 17th November. I still have the same value pending in my account (booked entry alert) . This pending value made my balance negative. It means that since 17th November, I can not use debit cards, online purchases, withdrawals, and nothing. It's stange, unbeliveable, that the bank block your account by this way. Totally disappointed.

The worst application. They need to consider the responsiveness of the Android version, especially the pop-up. Also, some of the options aren't clickable.
