The app is hopeless irrespective of the phone and the Pulse refuses to recognise any of my cameras despite updated drivers and the latest firmware. Some amazing apps and devices out there to remotely help you take images. Pulse isn't one of them. |

I have downloaded the Pulse software to a Galaxy 10+ and also to a Galaxy 6 and neithenr phones connect. Fully charged. turned everything on and off even deleted and reinstalled still won't pair. giving 1 stars for it is not working but will be great again if it pairs with my phone. |

I tried to submit a bug, through the app, and it tells me that i am not connected to the internet. I am in my house and connected to the internet. |
| 2020-08-22 |  | | Like virtually everyone else here says, the app is trash, the firmware is trash, the Alpine Labs team aren't updating the app to work with new phones. They don't do updates any more, bugs aren't fixed. If you're lucky enough to connect at all, you'll likely constantly get disconnected, or the thumbnail feature won't work, or it will tell you that the device is connected, but it isn't connected to a camera. And yet, they still sell the product from their website. Scam. |
