Fast deliveries, great products now everytime I put an order in and I KNOW I put in the RIGHT address in and now my orders are just not making it to me! And everytime and order gets to the facility it's an unsuccessful delivery!! If I get my products great if not just gonna delete the app and warn others about it!! Either way I'm done with this app!! |

It's similar to eBay where they are a platform that aids others in selling there equipment cloths etc. Using the app was a total nightmare. The help is 99% Ai getting an actual person is impossible an if you do there about as helpful as a thin paper bag in a rain storm because they have no control over the store your buying from. Cancelations will happen days after the order is made. Check the date of shipping it could be a long time before it leaves the factory. I have been upcharged after purchasing an item by 20$ with no ability to get a refund. If you have a lot of time and no deadlines, this is a decent store. Paint is not perfect on items. I buy fugures. |

Also the 3 for 99 cents is a good deal to try them out but I don't like how the lie on the ad. You don't get a controller for 33 cents you get a skin for your controller for 33 cents. The site is good and I have no problems so far just don't mislead people cause you will not find a PS4 controller for 33.cents |

My experience was AliExpress wanted customs forms, I needed to communicate with their carrier, their carrier wouldn't respond, I asked AliExpress what to do and they said it's ok, we'll take care of it. Then I get an email asking for customs forms... And repeat. No matter how I asked they were unable or unwilling to actually help resolve the issue. Better experience with Temu. |

Every time my phone shakes slightly, the app takes me to different screens, causing me to lose my place. For one, I dislike that they show an item for a price, once you click it you find that the price shown doesn't match the pic but was the lowest cost associated item with the product that was pictured not the item itself. This shouldn't be allowed as it is misleading and false advertisement. That's my biggest gripe. So I'm not sure what's going on. Hit me back...... Thanks Customer service shouldn't be just for VIP...... It should be accessible when a package it late or missing........ Should have that option in the tabs and a option to reorder that same item at no cost instead of a refund. You get to choose. I would be most helpful. Greaapp |

Like all similar marketplace apps, you should study the products and seller, and go with your gut when purchasing. For this, the app gives some seller info underneath each product. Out of my dozens of orders, only one has disappointed. I didn't trying for a refund, though (it wasn't too expensive), so I don't know what that process is like. |

When I click to proceed to checkout the amount to pay is the same as I buy at regular price. The shipping fees are too high. Only for one single product like for a example a woman top, costs $18 (shipping) . And if I buy a pair of shoes shipping is $30 additional. Other stores would ship for free if you pay certain amount. |
