| 2024-12-14 |  | | We've used Amp Smart for several years now. The product has been more irritating than helpful. The app consistently pushes out delayed notifications, the doorbell camera errors out more than it connects, camera connection takes so long it'll be too late to have any advantage, the wall mount suddenly started glitching. When I call, they either blame my wifi or tell me something is outdated. I would recommend going with a different service. We will once our contract is up. |

I was one of those people who think "it'll probably work for me", it didn't, it really didn't. My cameras and door bell are constantly loosing connection, they never save what I want them to save. Not to mention the "customer service" Holly Hannah, they're worse than xfinity. I have never had a good experience with these guys. EVER. If you're reading this, please cancel while you still can! |

My doorbell hasn't worked for the past 2 weeks or so off and on. It is a scam for money. App sends delayed notifications like in other reviews and simply it just is low grade infrastructure. Year 5 can not come soon enough. |

It won't allow me to view my cameras: gives an error message. I have to restart my phone, but it doesn't work long until I have to do it again. It gives me false notifications: alarm not on, but in actuality it is on. My wife cannot use the App, it only allows for one user. I don't think that there has even been 1 update this year. The App totally sucks |

My truck was broken into and almost robbed (they ended up just breaking the key entry), the camera didn't pick up a damn thing. I contacted customer service & they were no help at all. I tried to cancel, but they have a massive cancelation fee. Worst decision, never recommend. They try to amend the situation by sending a tech to fix problems. Window 12-5 & doesn't show due to car problems. |

After a 5 year contract with numerous problems I finally reached my cancelation date at which time I followed the cancelation process. It was at that point "customer service " sent a email with a fraudulent contract stating I had a year left. Fortunately I had kept my copy.This is by far THE WORST COMPANY I've ever encountered. DO NOT fall for the sales pitch. |
| 2022-12-08 |  | | I been having trouble with amp smart since day one. My door bell quit working and had to upgrade to a new one. And now it does not record until you are right upon the door bell. Then it doesn't save the video. I wish I could get out of this company and find a more reliable alarm system. And the new door bell they replace was not new it had freaking scratches all over it. I do like amp smart. Don't go with this company you will be sorry. |

And as far as amp smart itself I pay for a system that hasn't worked in over a year that's not ok !! But if I get robbed they going to be responsible !! Instead they want me to pay extra to cancel even though I've been paying for something that doesn't work their product that doesn't work |
