| 2024-12-14 |  | | I bought 4 cameras, there is no issues with Wifi, The camera closest to wifi router loads last and the corner one loads up much faster but still lots of hanging and buffering. I have to kill the app and relaunch to atleast check the camera. I also have CP plus as well and wifi is far from the camera but there is no lag in rendering live videos. Fix the app, common Airtel |

In the video streaming page why are you loading all historical video metadata by default including the thumbnails? It make the viewing the live stream a bad experience. There is too much delay by the time video starts streaming even when it close to a router and has good wifi connection and good internet speed. |

There are several incidents where camera fails to capture movement or partially saving the video for few seconds even when the person is coming towards the camera. Pathetic experience not expected this from Airtel. Xsafe is not Safe at all and we can not rely on it |

A technician was assigned, but technician wouldn't pick up my phone. I called the customer care, a new technician was assigned, he didn't pick up my calls either. Eight times technicians were changed, either they wouldn't pick up or say would call me back but they never do. In addition, customer care won't give you any complaint number or feedback link or any escalation POC. |
