Upon installing and scanning my collection envelope, VR things were popping up everywhere but none would stay in the frame. The how-to videos are the same. Bouncing around my screen but not actually able to be watched. Pretty disappointing. |

When it prompted me to create an account I uninstalled it. My wife actually had an account so I told my kid to bug their mother. She tried to use it and can't because apparently there's no active challenge going on. This app is giving me heart complications. |
| 2022-01-11 |  | | Easy to navigate, the only thing that was frustrating was when trying to donate inside the app, it was freezing, so I had no idea of we had actually donated. It wasn't until after we closed out we realized that we had made the donation twice. Other than that the app is great. |

I'm starting to think we will never finish Finns Mission due to this bug which is a little frustrating for a 6 year old. |

And then...it's not working and the badge won't light up for her. How about badges for things like jumping rope, taking a walk or eating vegetables for supper instead of a sedentary activity like playing yet another game on yet another app. Sort of defeats your purpose, doesn't it? |

We have the app and are able to do everything else on the app, the games, etc. It does not scan anything though and my son is bummed that he won't achieve this badge because the app is not compatible. |

My child was excited to see the characters come to life on the app but was disappointed when we found out that it was not working. Everything else worked perfectly fine. :) |
| 2020-02-26 | | | Last badge wont update. We scanned the heart check multiple times. The heart comes alive and my son loves it. But it doesnt give us the badge that he scanned it. It's the last one! We also cant get the games in the arcade to play. It just keeps saying scan a flat surface to play. Nothing works. |
