2024-12-02 | Nathan Earle | I booked a room at the Days Inn in Staunton VA in an emergency situation to keep my family from freezing to death on the interstate. When the police officer & tow truck arrived they told us they would never let anyone they knew stay there, that it was very unsafe. You would not have known this from the Agoda reviews, which gave the motel an 8.4(!) rating. I called Agoda and they refused to issue a refund. But users will never know because there's no way to rate this bad motel in the App. Delete. | |

Only to tell you that they cannot contact the airline. Fast booking,slow response on costumer issues. Even a send email options does not work. Improve your service. 2024-11-25 | Abdulla ashkanani | The reservation I did was correct with the number of guests while I made the reservation, but the app has changed by itself with booking confirmation the number of guests was incoorect as supposed to be and when I went to check in i had to pay more. Since when the hell has taxes and fees been 90% of the price. No other app does this, you find a room the price you see is what you pay..Its an absolute rip off to reel you in | |

Even if it is their mapping issue, they force us to stay in the same property without considering where we had booked and where we require. Not one time, every time i used this app, I had a bad experience. In the last minute when the hotel deny to confirm the reservation, they ask to search for some other hotel. They don't consider our need. We should listen to what they say. | |

Agoda’s resolution was inadequate, offering just one alternative option to manage costs. Despite being a VIP customer, they refused to upgrade or compensate, providing only a refund upon request. This was a failure in their agreements, not my fault. If this is how they treat VIPs, I worry for regular customers. Poor accountability and service |
