This app is really great until it isnt. I've been getting the "Refresh Token Failed" error constantly. I cant access the manuals I've paid for and subsequently had to buy factory ammo instead of reloading. Please let me know what is required to fix this issue.

Jet, 2024-11-17Ive been using Hornady manuals for a long time, I started reloading back in 1979 and my first manuel was from Sierra. I really dont care for there note book styling over time pages were ripping out and it became a hassle to keep it all organized So I decided on trying out some 308's from Hornady and was really impressed with the groups I was getting which led me to buying the Hornady manuals. Ben Bruinius, 2024-10-05This app sucks. So disappointed in Hornady. I downloaded the app and purchased one caliber. I then found out that the bullet I've been shooting for decades doesn't have the powder I've been using for decades. Then I wanted to upgrade and download the whole 11th edition to see if there was more information if you subscribed to the whole manual. Now I'm having a hard time trying to subscribe (within the app) to the entire 11rh edition. Maybe it's me but I can't find out how to do that.
