2024-11-29 | G. Bean | When it works it works... The app isn't smart enough to figure out which carrier the supplied tracking number is from. It expects the user to select the carrier, a parameter not often known, especially for overseas shipments. After guessing which of the list of carriers offered the app reports the carrier has been contacted. I can get better results from an inclusive tracking website. Also, I entered six tracking numbers that were accepted by the app but weren't there upon reopening it.
2024-11-29 | Adam Jakowenko | Only just started using it...so far I like the functionality and that it shows you estimated days remaining for each package, however it would make more sense if it ordered all the packages chronologically with the ones coming soonest at the top. But it doesn't do that, and there's no way to reorder them (at least not that I can figure out easily). Would give 5 stars if that was the default behavior.
2024-11-27 | Stephen Hammond | The overall concept is sound but the execution holds it back. The app often mistakes order numbers for tracking ID, requiring the user to manually enter the shipping info. It would also be helpful to merge orders as Amazon often ships separate orders together or sends items in the same order separately.
2024-11-26 | Anthony C | [UPDATE] v5.23.2- *The Search feature doesn't work at all. *Notifications are unreliable (delayed) despite having all notification parameters set correctly. This problem undermines the app's performance and effectiveness. Also, I like to recommend adding a dark theme. On a positive note, the app is free, which is commendable.¹
2024-11-26 | Becky Burch | It's pretty good but I wish there was a way I could set a preference so that my kindle orders that instantly get delivered to my device stopped showing up in your app as been shipped bc it stays there forever unless I get around to marking it as delivered. That's pretty annoying considering that this is supposed to be a package tracking app and instant downloads don't qualify as a shipped package. Change this or add the feature and I'll rerate you 5 stars.
2024-11-12 | J C | Overall, this app is okay for tracking packages. My one gripe would be that when there's an exception with a package, it tells you to contact the carrier or merchant ASAP to "resolve" the problem. It says this even when the package is just delayed due to weather and contacting either party wouldn't help anyway.
2024-11-03 | Stevie-Jon Purrier | Great app, way better than Shop and it's recent downgrade that they did. It automatically pulls tracking numbers from your email seamlessly, and you can manually enter tracking numbers as well if needed. I haven't had any issues so far with it, it's been very accurate. It has a bit of a delay with tracking updates, but that's expected.
2024-10-06 | Michael McDaniel | Too many updates that aren't updates. "On its way," "on its way," "on its way." But the real UPS updates, for example, are, "arrived at location," "left location," "arrived at next location," etc. I don't need an update for five times a day that says on its way. The map could also update all it does is have an arrow pointing to the destination and not much else. Could be great, just needs some work
2024-09-19 | Copper II Sulfate | Really useful, I'm glad they stopped harassing me to link my email for tracking, considering what a security issue that would be if they ever got breached. However, the map consistently does not update to show when the package moves between two facilities in the same area. It just shows the package staying in the same location which is misleading and annoying. I report that the map is incorrect every time and nothing changes. Basic QOL issue.
2024-09-04 | Ruben K | Great app, free, easy to use, and updates quickly. My biggest gripe is there is no option to sort orders at all. It should at least automatically sort by arival date. Would give it more stars if I could sort. I also only enter tracking manually as I'm not giving anyone full access to all my emails. If you provide each user with a unique email address to forward tracking emails to, I'd use that feature. There is also no calendar view. |
