| 2024-08-07 |  | | Most clients want to pay by a link and most lawyers do not want to handle CC info. The beauty of the LawPay website is that this can be accomplished quite easily. The problem with the app is it cannot be accomplished at all. No purpose for this app in my practice. |

I was in my account 2 days ago, I go to login and it's asking me to confirm my browser yet again. Very annoying. I've never had any other bank ever require this so much. |

| 2019-10-30 | | | The app and the swiper do not work when connected to Pixel 3 though a USB adapter. The Pixel 3 has no headphone jack. You can manually key data into the app, but that is so slow. LawPay Tech. Support has no solution for this. |
