Trash. It's taken me an hour already to use my phone and my PC, and all this piece of trash does is take me in circles. Enter my email address; get a code to enter on my phone; click the app; enter my email address; get a code that keeps expiring on my phone; and NO PLACE that I can find to enter that rotating expiring code; and meanwhile I can't enter the very first code I received. THIS IS GARBAGE!!!!!!! I have bank accounts that are easier than this nonsense. USELESS and ANNOYING
App worked fine on my Samsung S21. Got an S24+ and only get an error message: "Something went wrong. If this problem continues, wait and try again later or contact Adobe Support for assistance." Contacted Adobe Support. Got a call from a person with such strong South Asian accent, I could barely understand her. She knew nothing, and couldn't get me to anyone who did. I just un-installed it. Adobe "Support" is a waste of time.
The app frequently stops working with a message that my Android phone isn't compatible. But then why does it work for a while before repeating the message? Uninstalling and reinstalling will sometimes, and only sometimes, clear the problem but only for a while. EDIT: In answer to Adobe's response that it shouldn't happen, well of course it shouldn't. I can't now go through all the hassle of reporting it via email and sharing workflow etc as I have now deleted the app as it was useless.
