| 2024-11-26 |  | | It usually works, but support is awful. I have a paid version but it still takes weeks for each reponse. I first emailed them in July, 2024. Every time they reply, it is just the next step in the process. The last time it took them 5 weeks to reply to my email. Before that it took 3 weeks. Last time they asked me to repeat the same thing they already asked me to do, and it's been 4 weeks without a reply again. If it works, great. If it doesn't, find something else. |

I found it very useful in blocking Ads on the phone too. I also learnt about their other services including a VPN. This is a good app for anyone who would like to block any unwanted Ads. Just note that it nolonger block Ads on Google Chrome. But that hasn't stopped them from enabling you to watch YouTube videos without Ads which is possible on Adguard browser. |

I have opted in with every feature, but the pop ups keep happening (when a year ago, they wouldn't be there). Also? I love using the "share the video to AdGuard" to block ads, but could you make the video player capable of floating? So I can use other apps or browse the Internet while having the video playing in a floating small screen? I can do this with YouTube, hoping I can do it with yours. |

I was looking to use a simple product but you have to purchase the VPN and possibly another app to use in conjunction with this one. So, you're tripling your cost and if you don't use their VPN, they want access to your root, but won't do anything because of liability. The app is pretty much designed to take as much money as they can charge with no actual help unless you pay for additional services |

I pay for their service and it is well-worth every cent not to be plagued with ads at every turn. I already pay for YouTube Premium so I can't speak to the ads blocked on there. Here is my recommendation and free advice to you, however, would be to GO TO THE ADGUARD WEBSITE & download app from there for best functionality! Also, check out how to make your router block ads for free!! Dedication!! |
| 2023-03-13 |  | | Installed and was greeted with a message asking me to designate which browser I needed to block ads on. Chrome was not an option. When you select "not quite what I'm looking for" you get a message that basically says "we're sorry, Chrome doesn't support ad-blocking since 2019". Which is only half true. I've got legacy AdBlocker installed on my PC and it still blocks ads today. So this isn't really gonna work for me. |

I am ASTOUNDED at how many ads, pop-ups, cookie notices, etc. are bundled into apps and websites and Adguard makes them all just.... go away. It's like magic. It will transform how you interact with your devices as well as how you experience the internet. |
