2024-12-16 | Dan Ni | Best version so far. The game is so good
2024-12-16 | Jeff Baker | Deeply immersive. Excellent writing, music, artwork. Tremendous replay value.
2024-12-16 | Josh Andrews | The game has an amazing storyline that'll keep you riveted for hours.
2024-12-15 | Austin Hagman | Truly excellent game. Great improvements made to the predecessors. Question: Any chance we could remove the elevator mechanic? At least partially? It just slows down gameplay save for a few select instances where something novel actually occurs. Love you guys!!!
2024-12-12 | Deezerz Gaming | Turn based mechanic is garbage with enemy having the chance to attack me twice in a row
2024-12-12 | Dliw Tfir | Phenomenal narration. Multiple choices for each major scenario really shows the depth. Combat is fluent with just the right amount of challenge. However I was hoping the endings would be more impactful of all the choices we make in the story instead of a select few like those of Black dust's predecessors. Overall a hidden gem. Well done devs.
2024-12-11 | Anonymous Anonymous | Every bit as great as the past Eldrum games, a well-written CYOA RPG set in a dark fantasy world with refined combat mechanics compared to the previous games. It takes place 7 years after Red Tide but is also a standalone story set in the same world so don't worry if you haven't played previous games. If you have played the past titles, you know what to expect here. One thing I'd like to request from the devs is please port the games to PC, I'll gladly buy them again to play on a bigger screen!
2024-12-10 | Malcolm Gwin | I have played the other eldrum games the other two but by far this one is one of the best The gameplay is very good you get more choices than what you can do and because I like I said before I am visually impaired now I like this a game that I can still play Great job keep up the good work
2024-12-10 | Jeffrey Johnson | Well worth the cost. Have played all three games in the series, and this is the best so far of a very good set, with an interesting story and setting, well described with few stylistic errors. Black Dust is less linear and offers more character development choices, and choices in the early game definitely matter. Need to consider all options and not always follow orders or make the "obvious" move when other choices may pay off better later. But I do wish potions were available during combat!
2024-12-08 | Bennett Samuelly | The team at Act None have done it again. Following up the incredible Red Tide is a tall order, but they have managed to do it as Black Dust has all the majesty of Red Tide while expanding the world and taking us to a new locale. I highly recommend every game in the Eldrum series, if you are a fan of rpgs and games of exceptional quality you will not be disappointed. |
