When you click manage membership, it takes you to the app store, which does not allow you to cancel. However, it does allow me to review, so that is what I am spending my time doing. In addition to that, very few swim meets used this so it was a waste of money in that aspect as well. |

Some times it lock up without response or take very long time to response. It need review the app architecture. I think there is data sync lock while you retrieve data and it sync with server. Today my account was charged and auto renewed subscription. I immediately requested a refund explaining that I thought I had already discontinued my subscription. They refused to issue a refund. Terrible customer service to go with a terrible app that never worked correctly and I never used. |

Signed out and back in my Google account.... everything. I think I've figured it out. You need to have your Google wallet fully set up with a card attached to the account as well as one for the play store. **EDIT** never mind, I'm still getting the error. Super Fun! |

I can admit it is a useful app. I prefer to use it instead of searching for heat/lane assignments somewhere on a board. At the same time it can be very unreliable. It very often glitches and doesn't have updated data or data is updated at the last moment which can cause your swimmer to miss their race. |

You used to be able to search for meets by state but now it requires you to put in a keyword as well which makes it difficult when you don't know what the meet name is in in this app. |

I just purchased a subscription for my son's first swim Meet in November 2021 on my Android phone, and then I received an iPhone for Christmas this month. When I contacted customer service to see if they would refund my subscription on Android so that I could repurchase on iPhone (they don't allow switching between platforms), it was a hard no. Since I don't feel like paying double for the same service I just won't be using it. Very disappointed |

I asked if I could either pay additional $5 and convert my subscription to annual, or get a refund for my purchase and buy an annual subscription. I was told I would not get a refund and would have to spend another full $10 next month to purchase an annual subscription. That's bad business, people. I wasn't a fan of the app to begin with, and even further from it now. |

When viewing a finished event it only shows 1/4 the swimmers finished, skipping random numbers. PLEASE FIX!!! Searching for meets is nearly impossible! Also often shows that I have no internet connection, which is not the case. It is a paid app, and for a paying app I would expect it to work a little better. |
