I have closed, un-installed, reinstalled, and it still acts like it has no purpose passed the red Ace screen. Whoever the programmer is for this app needs to finish whatever it is they were trying and get this app to kick in. Associates can not be successful if company technical assistances are duds. | |

Information that might have value to 0.05% of users is featured while the AOS alert is so entangled with "validate stock" and "receive customer orders " sharing a single tile, it renders the function useless. One is a time sensitive and essential function, one is rarely used , so let's save some space here, says the worst UX designer ever. Do better. | |

Seems like with every update, this app gets worse and worse. Definitely would NOT recommend if you're trying to help customers or trying to find products or prices. | |

Especially if the item is already loaded, you switch to a different app and then return you have to wait for it to load again. | |

I don't get crashing anymore and for the first 10-20 minutes it runs great, but then the app slows down to a crawl. Takes almost a whole minute to load one item sometimes. Killing and reopening the app fixes it but only at 10-20 minutes at a time then I have to restart it again. Makes it extremely frustrating to use over the course of the work day. Happens on my personal phone as well as our Zebra scanners. | |

I don't remember exactly when, but for the past couple few months it is been crashing and I have to log back in many many many times a day. Prior to a couple few months ago it seemed to work just fine. |
