I always have a disappointing experience with this app or bank.. am always debited without crediting the receiving account.. delays in transactions.. sometimes it will take days and weeks to rectify.. most times I will receive error message of transaction not through but my account will be debited and no receipt for the transaction to prove payment to the receiver... It's so discouraging.. I may quit if continue.. am not impressed at all.. 😞😞😞

Failed transfer transaction, resolved not up to 24 hours of complaints to Access Bank. It's always a norm with Access Bank, no stress, no delay always reliable. Kudos to you guys for a job well done.

I've not been able to access the rewards points for over a year now, and none of the updates so far has addressed that problem. I'd opted it before but only the optiono the app now is to join which won't go through since I've already opted in before.
