Most of the time the drivers are nice UNDERTANDING but for the most part they forget the community they are designed to help. And they get paid by the hour nobody over them the supervisors are very non hands on. I have seen many reviews it's a joke. I think this service is so profitable that they just forgot who they were invented to service and why.

Doesn't work. Tried putting pick up address and.... It's in and nothing happens... Customer service told me it happens often..
