Often have to redo notes often have to delete the app and reinstall back on the phone. And the support team does not help at all with this issue. This has to be one of the worst apps. When I finally try to pick up work for the first time, they told me my rating was too low. Of course it's low, I haven't done a job yet, and their solution? Pick up work that doesn't require a rating. But of course, those jobs are never on there. So sign up and never get work because you need a rating to get work and you can't get a rating until you get work. Perfect ๐ | |

There's no ability to download or save and image of what you're signing. You'll also have to give a physical address that will be made publicly available by ABC and potentially used in other instances. There's a lack of support when on boarding. Don't provide your information until you're absolutely sure. | |

Returns of Service take longer than Non Serves, which is a huge annoyance, although that might not be the apps fault entirely. Support is only helpful to an extent. | |
