2024-12-28	Anderwriter	What they fall to make clear, though, is that all the dictionaries translate other languages to Russian, and vice versa. Yes, the screenshots show Russian examples, but you figure they did that because they had to use something. But no, guys, it's all about Russian. How about putting "Russian" in the app's title, or making this real clear at the beginning of your description? 🤷‍♂️
2024-12-25	Olga Yudchyts	First, if you have a message the app can't connect to the server - check app's permissions. It helped me to fix it. The app is great but very annoying. I started used it on iPhone first and enjoyed it very much. Then I changed my phone to android one and my purchases were lost. With help of app's support it was sorted out however, the quality of android dictionaries was lower. Now again: a new phone - same story: all my purchases are gone with no recovery.
2024-07-21	Elena Karalienė	My favorite app. Just really missing vocals in Italian language. Edit. I found a few mistakes in the pronunciation. A few words has pronunciation of the next words in the dictionary. For example, word: preach has american pronunciation as preacher, then word preacher has pronunciation as preamble, and so on. Maybe there was some unsuccessful update.
2023-10-08	Aaron Moore	I wish it had more search options, and more languages, like latin, ancient greek, maybe arabic and hebrew. But it looks great, and it runs fast and well offline, which is the point of an installed dictionary. I'd like to be able to browse headwords, oh well. Anyway bought all the EN dictionaries except the Russian ones (because Russian is a language dangerous for Americans to learn).
2022-05-21	Raffael M.	I just updated my review, since ultimately the support addressed my problem in a satisfactory way. I just wish it hadn't taken so long! Overall the Ukrainian - English dictionary I'm using for several years by now, is the best solution I could ever find. Some great features : links with previews, declension, stress. Unfortunately there are also many little glitches too (broken links, wrong declension etc), that's why I can't give 5*. I hope in a future update, they will be corrected.
2021-11-03	Michael Ruvinskiy	First of all I've been using this app for many years and really enjoy it. However after updating my phone from Android 10 to Android 11 the app became very unresponsive... it was taking forever to run app or to search for a word and quite often I was getting an error that app isn't responding. Reinstall didn't help at all. It turns out that the issue was if you store your dictionaries on the external storage. After moving all my dictionaries from external storage to internal storage the issue went away. Question to developers: is there any chance that external storage will be fully supported again? That would be awesome! Thanks.
2020-12-01	Karen Shevchenko	While I love the application, I couldn't rate it more than 3 for one simple reason. iOS version of the same app allows to create cards to learn vocabulary. For some reason this functionally omitted in Android version - a huge loss for me. While the cost of dictionaries is similar, hard to explain this difference between two platforms.
2020-08-12	Brian Simblist	I have a paid version of Windows app. This app is very poor in comparison to free Yandex translate or Linguee or Reverso $59.95 for a premium dictionary for a not very user friendly app is exorbitant. Basic and essential dictionaries are useless. Yandex for free provides much more vocabulary and translation examples like Reverso or Linguee. It also saves a phrasebook. It is quick to use. $59.95 today is an extremely high price for an online dictionary.
2020-08-10	Morgan Kelly	When it works, it's nice, but I wanted to avoid having multiple dictionary apps for different languages, and it keeps losing my PT-En dictionary and just searching everything in the Fr-En dictionary . Dictionary still shows installed when I look it up, but can't be used and doesn't appear in the "installed" tab. I don't want to have to keep clearing the cache and/or reinstalling every other week.
2020-08-06	Google Googlev	When you want to listen British version of audio for example, "missile" it says "missy", for "miss" says "missile", for "happiness" says "alcohol"😂 and after listening the American version it says something else not only for some words that I mentioned above but for all words. CHECK IT and FIX IT IN YOUR FUTURE UPDATES, PLEASE! DO NOT DISAPPOINT US, PLEASE!
