2024-11-24 | Heidi Brown | While I absolutely LOVE TBP, I am retired and on a fixed income, so cannot afford their fees. For awhile I was able to use their website as they had free sessions, but they just took that away as well. I use YT versions, but since I can't pay their huge fees I end up having 5 or 6 ads in each session. So sad that TBP is more focused on money than helping theose of us that really need them. | |

I would like some more filters (being able to choose no repeat exercises before you realise you have to do four rounds of the same darn thing would be great, and chosing instructors would be a nice option too if you want a specific "tone" to the workout) but it's generally fab! | |

I stumbled across them on youtube. Did a 3 month challenge to see if Id like it. I love them. They are the perfect coaches. I feel better than I ever have before. My joints and muscles feel amazing. I exercised with TBP in Youtube for about 2 months before joining and downloaded the app. The app gives you much more of extra workouts of course and it is super easy to use. 2021-06-15 | Dale Garside | OMG i love this app. I found these guys on youtube while looking for free workouts. And off the back of one week I've downloaded their app and become a paid member. There are so many different videos at differing levels of intensity including low impact, seniors and beginners. You can keep track of what you've completed as once a video has been fully played it adds it to the calender. There are loads to do and the trainers give plenty of encouragement during the workout. I have been working out with them for about nine months now for 5-6 days a week. They truly have changed my life for the better. I feel encouraged and it feels like you know them personally and feel a connection to them. I love to exercise with them. Great app and program!! I really love the calendar feature. I can plan my workouts, get reminder and I LOVE seeing all the days marked compete at the end of a month or week. Highly recommend TBP and this app!! They have changed my attitude towards exercise! |
